Atria Campana Del Rio senior residence asked me to replace all the 2x10x8 joist that had heavy termite and sun damage.

I built a pedestal for the Water heater, new Sub flooring, Fiberglass insulation, sticky tiles. Good as new.

I replaced all the damaged wood with the same engineered materials.
They needed some privacy....A new Casing and door.

Beautiful improvement...
Water roof leak damaged half the sub-flooring of this office. I replaced the insulation ,sub-flooring installed new baseboards, installed the carpet and painted.

I was asked to restore this 100 year old fountain.
They choose the colors and my approach was a venetian patina Italian style.
I'm a vendor at a group of senior residences in the Tucson area. This area in the kitchen has lots of wear so I am always asked to repair the replace the tiles.
Good as new.
Concrete steps metal supports were very rusty and the riser separated from the stucco wall. It took a lot of grinding then foam then rubberized flex paste.
I was happy on how it turned out.
Years of Sun and Termites. the whole jamb needed to be replaced.
